My Beliefs About God


  • I believe in God. 
  • I believe in one God and His Hebrew name is Yahweh.  Deut 6.4 Isaiah 44.6
  • There is no other God in existence except Yahweh. Isaiah 45.5-7
  • Yahweh is one in nature, characteristics, power and glory John 1:14; Acts 5:3–4; 2 Cor. 13:14; Heb. 1:1–3; Rev. 1:4–6 
  • I believe God is eternal, all powerful, all knowing, and all present.
  • I believe God exists in three persons.
  • I believe the three persons of the Godhead are the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
  • I believe the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is one God.
  • I believe each person of the Godhead is equal in essence but different in function.
  • I believe sometimes God allows Satan to attack His servants. (Job 1.21-22)
  • I believe we are to have reverence for God and fear Him. (Isaiah 8.13)
  • God does not delight in religion. (Isaiah 1.-14)
  • (Matt. 28:18–19; Mark 12:29; John 1:14; Acts 5:3–4; 2 Cor. 13:14; Heb. 1:1–3; Rev. 1:4–6).
